Privacy

This site collects personal information in exactly one place: the contact form on Work With Me. This page says what that form collects, where it goes, and how to get it removed. Last updated October 12, 2026.

What the form collects

Your name, your email address, and your message. If you fill them in, your company and how you found me. That is the whole list.

What happens to it

The form posts to a small server function on this site, hosted by Vercel. The function sends two emails through Resend: one to me with what you wrote, and one to you confirming that it arrived. The confirmation does not repeat your message. My inbox is a Gmail account, so Google stores the email once it lands.

Nothing is written to a database. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for marketing. I read every inquiry myself and reply from that inbox.

How long I keep it

Your inquiry stays in my inbox as ordinary email: for as long as we are talking, and for a reasonable time afterwards so I have the context if you come back. If you want it gone sooner, reply to the confirmation email and ask. I will delete the thread, including my copy, and tell you when it is done. Resend keeps its own delivery records for a limited time under its retention policy.

Abuse protection

To stop the form being used to send spam, the function counts submissions per IP address for one hour. The address is held in memory only and is never written to storage. When a limit is hit, a short hash of the address, not the address itself, appears in the server log. Vercel keeps function logs briefly under its own policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you change the theme with the toggle in the header, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a reload. That value never leaves your browser.

Questions

Use the form, or reply to any email from me. If you are somewhere that gives you rights over your personal data, such as the GDPR or the CCPA, those rights apply here and the process is the same: ask, and I will act on it.
